In practice this usually means:

– Flat fees for fixes and installs

– Retainers for ongoing platform oversight

– In some cases, a percentage of delivery revenue

We don’t take a percentage unless the structure makes sense for both sides and we have access to real data.

All work is time-boxed. No long contracts. No surprises.
